Non-Refundable Fee Disclosure
By making a payment (non-refundable fee) via PayPal to SIA, you are agreeing that no refunds are issued on this payment for future cancellation of your order. Advance payments lock in your event date and are used on items needed to start and complete your order. The remaining balance is due before or on the event date. If you make a payment in full before your event date, everything except the non-refundable deposit will be refunded via PayPal for future cancellations.
Important Shipping Message
Shipping will be charged according to the size of the order and we will ship Priority mail. (2-3 days). We take the greatest pride in packaging and ensuring your package arrives safely. We cannot be responsible for what happens to packages after it leaves my hands at the Post Office. We highly recommend you provide a shipping address where someone is available to bring your package in from the heat., WE CANNOT GUARANTEE there will be no melting of your product during shipment. I offer an option to purchase an ice pack which is an additional $3.00 to help ensure your product doesn’t melt. We STRONGLY suggest this option especially during the warmer months. Tracking will be provided once your treats are shipped. Once your order has been shipped there will be no refunds.
